Our security and reception teams are the front line in terms of patient welcome, information, communication, and security. Our receptionists manage and transfer all internal and external calls and manage local queries. Additionally they manage all patient queries at the reception areas.
The team also co-ordinate and manage a 24 hour helpdesk which deals with any requests for all of the Facilities Department Services ensuring that all tasks are allocated, tracked, and closed down in the appropriate time lines.
Our Security team are present 24 hours a day, and proactively patrol and police the facility both internally and externally to ensure that all personnel and property are safe at all times.
