Please be prepared to provide the following patient information when you call:
• Name, address and active phone number
• NHIP Card Number
Registration
Since more than one person can have the same name and birthday, NHIP Cards or another form of government issued photo identification is needed to accurately identify patients. Visit our FAQ’s section for information about NHIP and issuance of cards.

Appointment Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that your appointment can be given to another patient.
SMS Appointment Reminders
Patients are sent reminders via SMS text message one day before the appointment or admission date and time. Please ensure we have your correct mobile number to access this service.
Accessing Specialist Care
Specialists in the area of Plastic Surgery, Urology, Neurology Ophthalmology, Oncology and ENT offer specialty clinics and conduct surgical procedures. These specialty consultants visit the island on a quarterly basis; however frequency of some of the specialist visit is dependent on demand and availability of the specialist. Patients must be referred to these specialists by a primary care physician.
