Facilities Management

The Facilities Department at Interhealth Canada is primarily a Support Services Department that delivers the effective running of the Hospital buildings and ensures Clinical Team are able to fully focus on Patient Care.  The Facilities Department employs 95 persons across Cockburn Town and Cheshire Hall sites, and covers a vast range of services including Patient and Retail Catering, Domestic Services, Portering, Laundry Services, Reception, Security and Engineering and Grounds.  Additionally the Facilities Team are instrumental in Emergency and Disaster planning, Fire Safety and Health and Safety within both Hospitals.
