Peter Horbury is currently the ICL Contract Administrator responsible for ensuring stakeholders are compliant with the contract held between Inter-health Canada TCI Ltd and Turks and Caicos Government.
Peter possesses 26 years of senior healthcare management expertise and has operated at Board level in Commercial and Public Sector healthcare organizations.
He managed multiple Public Private Partnership (PPP) contracts during his tenure as a former NHS Chief Executive in the United Kingdom, steered large scale procurements for the NHS and has led bids for a wide range of high profile healthcare companies and consultancy firms.
Peter’s experience includes the planning and implementation of healthcare reforms in the areas of service provision, commissioning, resource strategy, contract management and governance. He has led many new service developments, which received national recognition for the delivery of elderly care services.
In 2012 he was appointed the Managing Director of a specialist Endoscopy provider and led the business during an expansion of over 260% in just three years. He led the sale of the company to a major competitor and managed the transition of the business, securing a multi-million pound investment in the process.
